Before Making An Appointment

• Hair must be at least 1/4 inch or 3-4 weeks of growth for waxing.

• Waxing is fine during your period (with a tampon) and if you're pregnant, but you may be more sensitive.

• I do not offer men's Brazilian waxes.

• No waxing if you're sunburned.

• If using certain prescription medications (including Accutane), wait 3 months (1 year for Accutane) before waxing. These meds weaken skin and increase risk of lifting.

BOOKING
To book an appointment, a credit/debit card is required. Your card will only be charged if you don't follow our cancel/no-show policy. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 20% cancellation fee. By booking, you agree to our policies.

CHILDREN & EXTRA GUEST
 

• Due to past experiences, children are NO LONGER PERMITTED in the suite.

• PLEASE DO NO BRING EXTRA GUESTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! Only the client getting serviced is allowed in the suite.

• The only exception is for minor client with appointments, who must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their service.

• For safety, insurance compliance, and to maintain a distraction-free, professional environment, only the client receiving services is permitted in the suite during appointments.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- You may reschedule your appointment ONCE within 7 days, otherwise, a 20% CANCELATION FEE will be charged to the card on file
- If the fee cannot be processed, future appointments will not be accepted.
- If the same appointment is rescheduled twice, a 20% DEPOSIT will be required for future bookings

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
- As a solo business owner without an assistant, I rely on appointment confirmations to manage my schedule efficiently. Confirming your appointment only takes a few seconds by clicking the confirmation link in your text or email.
- All appointments are not held without confirmation.
